Inviting team members

Every teammate has a Full seat

Team has one commercial seat type. Every owner, admin, member, and pending invitation uses the same Full seat at $49/seat/month or $499/seat/year. Roles and data permissions can differ without changing the price.

Team has a two-seat minimum, so it starts at $98/month or $998/year.

Invite a teammate

1. Open Settings > Members (sign in to open this page) and choose Invite teammate.
2. Enter the person's email and choose Member or Admin. The dialog shows the Full seat price and server-confirmed Team quantity.
3. Choose Continue to Team checkout if you are moving from Individual Free or Pro. Choose Send invitation if you already have Team. Loam reserves the invitation immediately when you choose either action.
4. If checkout opens, complete it and return to Members. Otherwise, the invite link is ready immediately.
5. Copy the generated invite link and share it with that person.

How invitations affect billing

A pending invitation reserves one Full seat and counts toward Team quantity. If you start from Individual Free or Pro, Loam reserves the first invitation before opening Team checkout with a minimum quantity of two. Complete checkout, then return to Members to copy and share the existing invite link. You do not need to create it again.

When the person accepts, their membership replaces the pending invitation. Team quantity does not increase a second time.
