Where to look

The Add table dialog shows progress while Loam transfers and processes your file. Keep the dialog open until it finishes. CSV can create a Table; other supported formats target an existing Table.

What you see

Uploading

Loam is transferring your file. Keep the dialog open.

Validating and committing…

Loam is reading the file, validating its columns, and adding its rows.

Result summary

The table is ready. Choose View table to open it.

Error message

Use the message to choose a next step, then select Try again when the problem is fixed.

When to retry

Retry after addressing the error. That may mean choosing a supported file format, reducing the file to no more than 100 MB, or starting a fresh upload.

• For CSV uploads, review uploading CSV files and confirm the file is correctly formatted.
• For network, authorization, or credential errors, follow the connection errors checklist.

What not to do

Wait for the current upload to finish before starting it again. If it fails, follow the error message and choose Try again.
